POLICIES

Credit Cards

- We reserve the right to request a copy of credit card, front and back, and identification before shipping an order.

Sale Price Guarantee

- If you buy any item from us and we lower the price of that item within 15 days after your purchase, we will refund you the difference in the form of a store credit. Please email us with the item in question and the order number.

Returns And Exchanges

- Any product defects are to be taken up with the manufacturer. We can provide you with emails if you need them. In certain cases, we will act on your behalf with the manufacturer.
- We pack our orders as best as we can to avoid damage. We are not responsible for damages caused to packages by the different carriers we use where there is obvious negligence on their part.
- We accept returns and exchanges, however the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with the transaction. If anything needs to be returned due to our mistake, we will cover said costs.

Limits:

At times we place limits on "hot" items to ensure as many of our customers as possible get a chance to buy them.
If someone tries to get around those limits by placing multiple orders back to back or on the same day, we reserve the right to either refund the money or ship each order separately.


Shipping:

All U.S.A. orders are shipped USPS With Delivery Confirmation.

International orders are sent First Class Mail International (under 4 pounds, no tracking)
or Priority Mail International with tracking.  Orders over 4 pounds have to go this way
but you can still choose this service for orders weighting less than 4 pounds.

Your package cannot be tracked when you choose First Class Mail International.
We will not have a tracking number to give you.
The customs label number is not a valid tracking number to the USPS.

We Are Not Responsible For Lost Parcels. 

We recommend you use Priority Mail International with tracking
specially when placing large or high dollar orders.

International customers are responsible for knowing the import laws for their respective countries.
